Contact GradeKiln

The address is hello@gradekiln.com. It is read by a person, and everything lands in the same inbox: corrections, questions, and requests for a calculator we don't have yet.

Corrections come first

If a grading scale on any page is wrong for your university or country, tell us which page and what the correct boundary is; a link to the published scale helps. Corrections are the most valuable mail this site gets, and they get fixed.

What we can't help with

We cannot tell you your official GPA, classification, or class standing: that number belongs to your registrar, and where your institution's records differ from this site, they win. See the terms for the full disclaimer.

Reply expectations

This site is run independently, not by a support team. Mail is read within a few days; corrections usually ship faster than replies.
